Technology Reflection - Kauri and George

Chocolate Muffins

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of S.R.F
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
Half a cup of sugar
_______________

Wet Ingredients:
1egg
1/2 milk
1/4 of oil

First we heated the oven  to 180 degrees. Then we put these ingredients into separate bowls then when we did that, we mixed the ingredients until Ms Tuipulotu gave us the yes to put both ingredients in one bowl. We mixed it together good then when it was finished we used a table spoon to scoop the mixture up and slowly dropped it into the bowl. After we did that there was still a lot of mixture left in the bowl so we topped up and put it into the oven to cook. It came out very good but was a little bit to dry. I think we added to much flour but it still was very tasty. Thanks to Ms Tuipulotu for teaching us how to make muffins.

Summary: Oscar and Nathan went on a journey to the different island to find out information about their D.N.A. where they originated from and  the relationship between each culture Their journey was successful.

They both came across things that caught their eye. It shook them because they wanted to find out which them came real.  The interesting thing that stood out to me was the culture dance. It surprised me because the culture dance that they did is similar to the polynesian dance which we call it haka. I think their trip was successful because they found out what they wanted to find out. They have some identity of where they came from. And the reason why I thought it was successful also is because the patterns that were on the lapita pottery is similar and also the language is basically the same but sounds and is spelt differently. The types of evidence I have that supports the theory the Polynesian originated from Asia is that. When Niwa took Nathan and Oscar to the museum and Oscar found a photo of the Asian people and the tattoos on them were similar to a Maori tattoo called Moko which is located on the face area.
